We are less idealistic than might be assumed. For us, purpose is a pragmatic concept, not an idealistic one. Purpose means achieving goals that have a positive and appreciated (societal) impact.
It is crucial for us to know that what we do has meaning. Clear guidelines from the start and continuous feedback along the way play an important role in this.
