Generational Management: Bridging the Gaps in Your School Organization

Generational management takes generational differences into account within your school organization. These differences can manifest in perspectives on organizational culture or working methods, potentially leading to workplace tensions. At the same time, generations can learn a great deal from one another—provided this is done with attention and respect for their differences and similarities. By applying generational management, school boards can connect and motivate generations, fostering smoother and more efficient collaboration.
